As with other Promethium items, it reduces the effects of rot by 10% (for a total of 50% when fully geared with Promethium equipment items). The Promethium plateskirt can be made by using the smithing skill, requiring 5 Promethium bar and grants you 3,800 smithing XP. However, 91 smithing is required. The Promethium plateskirt is degradable and has up to 25 hours of combat time. Promethium plateskirt cannot be repaired by Bob or any repair benchs.
