The Deserted keep can be found just east of the Mage arena deep in the Wilderness. It is a deserted area inbetween some lava streams, and only has a functioning lever that teleports you to Ardougne or Edgeville and back.
To the east there are some Hellhounds. Players mainly visit this spot to catch the Black salamanders that wander around the lava streams.
