TzHaar-Mej-Kah is the TzHaar that stands just outside the Jad minigame entrance, telling you about the minigame and the narrator for everything that happens in the minigame. You can also claim your Fire cape and/or Lava cape by talking to him once you've completed the Fight caves or Fight caves (hm).
