You have a Potato cactus.

A potato cactus can only be obtained as a drop from Banshees. It is only used to make Super magic potions by using the Herblore skill.

Super magic potions are created by using potato cactus on an Unfinished lantadyme potion. This requires a herblore level of 78 and will grant 950 experience.
