The Mincien is a Pet which is obtainable as a very rare drop by Lucien Van Rot. This pet is tradable unlike some other pets.
Conversation between player and the pet:
Mincien: May the rot be with you!!
Player: Rather not. I dragged you out of that cave. Away from your crazy father.
Mincien: In due time you will see the power of the rot.
Player: Maybe looting him was a mistake...
Mincien: I have good ears!
Player: so?
Mincien: Show me the world. I'll know where to start the next epidemic.
Player: I think you'll just go back into my bank account.
Mincien: Don't you dare...
