The Inferno adze is a hybrid hatchet and pickaxe obtainable from the tokkul exchange. It requires 100,000 tokkul, a dragon hatchet, and a dragon pickaxe in order to be purchased. The adze requires 60 attack to equip, as well as 61 woodcutting or mining to use in its respected skill. Its special attack requires 15% of your special attack bar and will either instantly mine any rock or yield two logs when cutting down a tree.
