Horvik is an NPC that can be found in Falador in a small house near Flynn's Pickaxe store. He runs the shield shop where players can buy every square and kiteshield from bronze to adamant, along with the wooden and anti-dragon shields. Additionally, Horvik can also complete the dragonfire shield and godsword blade for a coin fee of 1,000,000 gp each, allowing the player to avoid the 90 smithing requirement to make either.
