The Golden mining boots can be purchased from the Star sprite's shop for 5,000 stardust. It is a part of the Golden mining set. It doesn't have any level requirement to wear and can increase the mining speed as well as the mining & smithing experience gained by up to 8% if the complete set is worn. The first 2 pieces will grant 1% each and any additionnal pieces will grant 2% each.
