Death talisman staff can only be obtained by combining a runecrafting staff with a death talisman. Death talisman staff can be worn and allow the player to access the death altar when interracting with a prismatic altar. This staff allow players to save an inventory spot while runecrafting and, therefor, be more efficient by bringing an extra rune or pure essence.
