Bandos page 2 is one of the four Bandos pages used to create Book of War. Once you have all four pages you can fill the proper damaged book to create the book. Bandos page 2 can also be deconstructed using the Invention skill for Treasure energy.
Obtaining
Bandos page 2 can be obtained from Clue scrolls rewards.
