It didnt drop it in the new emps yet so it got added ^also lots of his other drops were overhauled: http://emps-world.net/wiki/KBD

Brawling Gloves: They give 50% bonus experience in a certain skill. They have 300 charges and degrade to dust after gaining 300x experience
