I assume you have tried rebooting your computer already, if not, try doing that.

sorry thomy still not working, my laptop isnt the best so maybe that?

Alright, thanks. I hope you don't mind, but we have to try some things to get this error resolved. Can you please restart your client again and get me another screenshot of the error message?

Okay thanks. Can you restart your client another time and tell me if it works now? I think the background image is crashing your client, because it's too big for your graphics card.
