Npc model needs fixed, also spawn fix

There are three rats two with the id 446 and one with the id 86. The 86 rat drops bones, and the model is not messed up...
The 446 do not drop bones and model is messed up, for a quick fix you can just swap the 446's for 86's. Moreover the one near the chest spawns halfway on the chest.

The giant rat didn't have any animations configured. Next update will properly patch it. Thanks.
