When they are attacked over distance, they start acting stupid.


- they occasionally walk around instead of walking at me
- attacks occasionally have delay or attacking stops completely -> requires player to click it again
- chat fills with ''You currently can't attack this npc.'' (I believe this also occurs when using melee)
- if the player splashes on them with mage, it can cause the tarn to
   1. do nothing
   2. attack the player in the ghost form until the player successfully hits it (and the tarn transforms after that)
   3. transform right away
