Can you describe the lag in more detail? Does it take your character longer to move, or do you disconnect?

it takes longer to move and sometimes i disconnect.

iv'e waited more than 10min and nothing happend, iv'e opened it as an admin and also added it to the firewall in case it was blocked and nothing happened it just stays like this, tried this more than once

Are you sure the firewall allows ICMP requests? Looks like that is being blocked.

this is Home network, tomorrow i will replay with work network, i lag with both network fps 5-10 sometime even less

Wait, do you suffer from low fps rates, or actual network lag? The MTR looks really good, you shouldn't lag with that.

The MTR looks really good, minor packet loss at a router close to your ISP. Nothing I can do about that though, it's out of my range of influence. If you have low fps rates, please try the openGL client and adjust the graphic settings, so that you get the preferred fps rate to play the game.

That looks like you're reaching your computer's limits then. Try reducing RD and disable ground decorations for the best fps rates.
