Trout can be fished at Barbarian village by players who have level 1 Fishing or higher, and require level 1 Cooking to cook. Trouts are fished with Fishing rods and Fishing bait.
They give 20 Fishing experience per catch and 25 Cooking experience when cooked..
Trouts heal 7 Hitpoints.
