Snowy knights can be caught at 65 Hunter when you wield a butterfly net and have an empty Butterfly jar, yielding 792 Hunter experience. For catching Snowy knights barehanded (but still with an empty jar) you need 90 Hunter, this will grant you 1950 Hunter experience. You can find Snowy knights north-east of Rellekka, on White wolf mountain and on the Fremennik isles.
