Rune arrowtips

Rune arrowtips are used for the Fletching skill to make Rune arrows at level 84 Fletching. They can be made by smithing 1 Rune bar for each 15 Rune arrowtips at 90 Smithing, yielding 560 smithing experience. Attach them to Headless arrows to make arrows, requiring 75 Fletching and granting 30 experience per 15 arrows made.
