The Rot cave is home to some monsters, four miniboss's and final boss. The cave is an instanced group experience Between 2 and 4 players inclusive, who will have to complete the dungeon and kill Lucien Van Rot for boss drop. The first time players plan to visit the cave they will have to start the Rot business quest. The entrance of the cave can be found west of West ardougne.
A fast way to reach the cave is by talking to Rothardt, after talking to him you will be allow to right click ardougne teleport which is found in the Normal spellbook , This action allows players to teleport directly to the Rot cave.
Players can descent to a deeper layer of the Rot cave, via a cave stairs at the north-west and south sides of the cave.
