Raw manta ray can be obtained by fishing in the fishing spots at either Mudskipper point, Catherby, or north of Karamja using a Harpoon. It requires level 85 Fishing to be caught and grants 497 experience per catch.
Raw manta ray can be cooked into Manta ray. It requires level 90 Cooking to be cooked and grants 532 experience per fish.
