It can be purchased for 1,669 [[coins]] in the [[Armour shop]] in [[Barbarian village]] and [[Al-Kharid]]. It can also be made by using the [[Smithing]] skill. This requires a smithing level of 57 and 2 [[Mithril bar]]s and will grant 680 smithing experience. The mithril full helm provides the same stats as the [[Mithril medium helm]], they just look different.
