Breaking an Edgeville teleport will instantly teleport you to Edgeville, just outside the bank. It requires no Magic level to use and can be used while in combat and in the Wilderness up to level 20.
These Edgeville teleports can be bought from Bolkoy for Event points, you pay one voting point for 5 tablets.
