Barrow items can be obtained as a reward from the dangerous minigame Barrow Brothers. The Dharok's greataxe is two-handed and require 70 Attack to wield. It degrades when used 1000 times.
The Dharok's greataxe hits much higher when the user is low on Hitpoints, hitting up to 80s or more. The Dharok's greataxe special effect only works when a player wears all pieces of the Dharok's armour set.
