Rune claws
The Rune claws require an Attack level of 40 to wield. They can only be made by using the Smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 98 and 2 Rune bars and will grant 860 smithing experience. The Rune claws have a special attack which will strike your foe once. This special attack uses 25% of your special energy bar.
