Promethium hatchet is a drop from Lucien Van Rot. It requires level 80 Attack and level 85 Strength to wield. As with other Promethium items, it reduces the effects of rot by 10% (for a total of 50% when fully geared with promethium items). The Promethium hatchet is degradable and has 45,000 charges.Everytime a log is shopped, a charge will be lost. Promethium hatchet cannot be repaired by Bob or any repair benchs. It can only be repaired by using a Promethium bar on the equipment. A single bar will repair the Promethium hatchet in its integritty no matter how much combat time is left. However, if Promethium hatchet's charges reach 0, it will transform into a single Promethium ore and you will loose your item.
