Steel platebody
The steel platebody requires a defence level of 5 to be worn. It can be purchased for 2 302 coins in the armour shop in Barbarian village. It can also be made by using the smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 48 and 5 steel bars and will grant 1300 smithing XP. The steel platebody provides the same stats as the steel chainbody, they just look differently.
