Lvl-1 Enchant
The Lvl-1 Enchant is a spell from the Normal spellbook that can enchant any item containing a sapphire gem by using 1 Cosmic rune and 1 Air rune. These items are usually made by Crafting. The jewellery will generally get special bonuses for combat afterwards.
