Sapphire glacialis can be caught at 45 Hunter when you wield a butterfly net and have an empty Butterfly jar, yielding 582 Hunter experience. For catching Sapphire glacialiss barehanded (but still with an empty jar) you need 85 Hunter, this will grant you 1650 Hunter experience. You can find Sapphire glacialiss north-east of Rellekka, on White wolf mountain and on the Fremennik isles.
