The Steel plateskirt requires a Defence level of 5 to wear. It can be obtained as a drop from Tree spirits. It can also be made by using the Smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 46 and 3 Steel bars and will grant 780 smithing experience. The steel plateskirt provides the same stats as the Steel platelegs, they just look different.
