The Lvl-1 Enchant is a spell from the Normal spellbook available at level 7 Magic that can enchant any item containing a sapphire gem by using 1 Cosmic rune and 1 Water rune. These items are usually made by Crafting. The jewellery will generally get special bonuses for combat afterwards.
