The Mithril full helm can be purchased for 1,669 coins in the Armour shop in Barbarian village and Al-Kharid. It can also be made by using the Smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 46 and 2 Mithril bars and will grant 680 smithing experience. The mithril full helm provides the same stats as the Mithril medium helm, but they just look different.
