Chaeldar the fairy is a Slayer master in Al-Kharid, assigning easy Slayer tasks. She will mostly gives you an assignment of 40 to 70 fairly weak Monsters. She also lets you, along with other Slayer masters, check your Slayer points and also let you change your task to something easier, once per task.

Chaeldar is the only Slayer master where players can exchange their Slayer points for various items in the Slayer points exchange.
