You have a Vesta's spear.

Vesta's spear is a spectral weapon obtainable by upgrading its corrupt version with spectral energy. It requires 78 attack and strength to equip. Its special attack costs 50% of your special attack bar and hits your target four times: the first and second hits are 6.25% of the total damage, the third hit is 75% of the total damage, and the last hit is 12.5% of the total damage. The hits appear in that order.

Once upgraded, Vesta's spear becomes untradeable and can only be repaired by using spectral energy on it, with every 2 energy used giving one charge. After 3,000 hits or if lost on death, the spear will revert back to its corrupt state and can be upgraded and traded once again.
