The Black hatchet requires an Attack level of 10 to wield. It can only be purchased for 472 coins in Bob's Axes shop located in Lumbridge and Port Sarim.

The black hatchet is usually only used for the Woodcutting skill; a woodcutting level of 6 is required to be able to cut Logs with it.
