Thomy is an NPC located north-west of Rimmington. He emulates the attack styles and behaviors of a player in a player-vs-player fight; changing attack styles based upon your protection prayer, using special attacks, changing armor and weapons, and eating food when he gets to low hitpoints. The fight can be extremely difficult or extremely easy depending upon your skill and when he eats food.
