Thomy is a tutorial NPC located in Barbarian Village. He also allows players to check their Daily tasks and sells Skillcapes.

Thomy's forms

Another NPC called Thomy is located north-west of Rimmington. He emulates the attack styles and behaviors of a player in a player-vs-player fight; changing attack styles based upon your protection prayer, using special attacks, changing armor and weapons, and eating food when he gets to low hitpoints. The fight can be extremely difficult or extremely easy depending upon your skill and when he eats food.

Trivia

Thomy drops no items when he is defeated, and his name is a reference to the owner and creator of Emps-World, Thomy.
