Superheat Item requires level 43 Magic, 4 Fire rune and 1 Nature rune. Superheat item also grants 692 magic experience. It can be cast from the Normal spellbook
It also gives the same amount of smithing experience as smelting the bar would. However unlike smelting you won't need any smithing levels to make a specific bar.
