Pet karil can be acquired as a very rare reward from the Barrows Brothers minigame. He is a smaller version of Karil the Tainted.
Dialog
When talking to Karil, the player will start the conversation but never recieve a response from him:
Player: "Karil? Crossbow dude?"
Player: "..."
Player: "I don't think that ghost can understand me..."
The remaining dialog between the player and Karil will loop indefinitely:

Trivia
- The third line of dialog from the player seems to make reference to the ghostspeak amulet from the quest Rest in Pieces, but talking to Pet karil with the amulet equipped does not change the dialog
