The Mithril platelegs require a Defence level of 20 to wear. It can be obtained as a drop from melee Barbarians and Chronozon. It can be purchased for 2,960 coins in the Armour shop in Barbarian village and Al-Kharid. It can also be made by using the Smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 66 and 3 Mithril bars and will grant 1,020 smithing experience. The mithril platelegs provide the same stats as the Mithril plateskirt, they just look different.
