You can get an air battlestaff at Zaff's Superior Staffs! in Varrock, it is run by Zaff. The air battlestaff costs 16 379 coins and grants an infinite supply of air runes when worn. The air battlestaff requires lv 1 magic and lv 30 attack to be worn. It offers a good melee attack bonus as well as the same magic strength bonus as the staff of air.
