Breaking an Edgeville teleport will instantly teleport you to Edgeville, just outside the bank. It requires no Magic level to use and can be used while in combat and in the Wilderness up to level 20.
They can be obtained by killing Wizards north of Rimmington, and south of Grand exchange or south of Barbarian village.
