The sword itself is not dropped, but can be created from the hilt - dropped by Kree'Arra - being attached to a godsword blade. Its special attack, Judgement, costs 50% of your special attack bar and deals massively increased damage.

Armadyl godsword can be upgraded to Armadyl godblade using the Invention skill.
