Lvl-3 Enchant: Difference between revisions

The Lvl-3 Enchant is a spell from the Normal spellbook available at level 49 Magic that can enchant any item containing a ruby gem by using 1 Cosmic rune and 5 Fire runes. These items are usually made by Crafting. The jewellery will generally get special bonuses for combat afterwards.
