Weapon poison (p+) can be made by combining poison ivy berries with a Kwuarm potion (unf). This action requires an Herblore level of 60 and will grant 610 experiences.
Weapon poison (p+) can be used by all players to poison daggers, spears, arrows, darts, javelins, hastas and knives. The poison will inflict 3 damage every 6 turns.
