To uninstall the Emps-World application, go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program, select Emps-World, and click Uninstall. This will remove the application and all related game files from your system.
To fully uninstall Emps-World, follow these two steps:
Remove the application bundle:
MacOS: Drag the Emps-World app from the /Applications folder to the Trash.
Linux: Remove the application using your package manager or delete the installed files manually, depending on how you installed it.
Delete the user cache folder:
Open a terminal and run the following command:
rm -rf ~/.emps_world

Yes. The game and the account are free, and there are regular free membership weekends for everyone. Membership is optional and comes from member tickets, which you can buy from other players with in-game gold or get for Emps Credits.
Each member ticket gives 30 days with 10% more experience, drops and minigame rewards, a better chance at skilling pets, extra bank and Grand Exchange slots, a larger house and more daily tasks. The full list is on the wiki.

Yes. You can play as a regular player, an ironman or a group ironman, each with its own rankings on the Hiscores.
Turn on 2-step verification in your account manager: after your password, the website asks for a code from an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy or 2FAS. The game asks for it once on each computer or phone, then again after 30 days. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe.
Yes. Make one character your main character and turn on 2-step verification there, then link your other characters to it under My Characters. Linked characters log in with the password and 2-step code of your main character, and you change the password, e-mail and 2-step in one place.
