there is one that is bugged per section of the cave


so if u wear santa ring and say change ur cape it takes off the santa effect

Clan you please clarify the word 'bugged' in your context? What does it mean? Being stuck somewhere?
Please also show me which jellies are bugged.

Whenever you equip or unequip anything the santa effect gets removed, that's intentional.

I'm guessing the Jelly he is talking about is the one in front of me on the picture. It doesn't move and you can't attack it.
