Use an experience lamp on Defence, then just train the 1.000 Defence experience and you'll be added on the hiscores.

Make sure you have relogged, this is for the server to adjust the hiscores.
If that doesn't work, wait for Thomy to reply.

You fix it the following way:

Use an xp lamp on your skill. Don't train anything afterwards, just logout! Log back in and train your 1k xp and logout again. That way the hiscores will be refreshed.
