What did you lose?

I was at bandos i had bandos hilt / tassy / fury/ stone/ d boots / 3rd helm / ( mantas) / s att / str p and pray pot. Ssoo yeah alot stuff lost..... and i dont understand why asell. After he left i was doing fine but all of the sudden i couldent eat not move

Is there enyway to provent this or is it like i did something to riger this ?

I don't know why this happened, nor how to avoid it. Can you force the bug?
