Golden tinderbox:
Effect: Burns logs faster, 1.2x or 1.5x speed
Requirements: 50 firemaking to use. 50 smithing, 5 perfect gold bars and a tinderbox, smith at anvil to get.
Crystal knife:
Effect: Cuts logs faster, 1.2x or 1.5x speed
Requirements: 50 fletching to use. From skeletal wyverns and crystal/burned chest.
Crystal chisel:
Effect: Cuts gems faster, 1.2x or 1.5x speed
Requirements: 50 fletching to use. From skeletal wyverns and crystal/burned chest.
Barb-tail harpoon:
Effect: Wieldable, faster catching, 1.2x or 1.5x speed
Requirements: 45 fishing to use. Obtained from crystal/burned chest.
Inferno adze:
Effect: Special attack would instantly mine ores and cost 15%, would also instantly fell trees and cost 100%. Exp is only given for the logs you have space for. Would sometimes automatically burn logs. 1% chance to get a bar instead of an ore, coal gives random bars.
Requirements: 70 mining to use. 70 smithing, a d hatchet, pickaxe and a golden tinderbox, smithed on anvil.
Gloves of silence:
Effect: lower chances of getting caught while thieving, +10% bonus exp
Requirements: 50 thieving. Obtained from crystal/burnt chest
Agile equipment:
Added effect: 5% bonus agility exp per piece

Boots of lightness:
Effect: 5% bonus agility exp

Fire cape:
Effect: 1% bonus firemaking exp
Requirements: none
Cleaning cloth:
Effect: Clean herbs, 1.2x or 1.5x faster. Also able to clean poison off weapons.
Requirements: 30 herblore. Obtained by using saradomin brew on silk.
Dragonslayer helm:
Effect: 15% damage and accuracy to all slayer monsters, regardless of task. Bonus exp increased to 20%. Degrades, 1000 charges, upon reaching 0 turns back into normal slayer helm. 1 Charge depletes upon killing a monster.
Requirements: Obtained by smithing a visage on a slayer helmet, 80 smithing required. To wear it you need 80 defence and 80 slayer, you also need to defeat all the slayer masters. This is inspired by

Dragonslayer boots/gloves:
Effect: Bonus exp increased by 5% for both. Would be a hybrid variant with the stats of dragon/range/infinity boots for the boots and dragon gloves for the gloves.
Requirements: 60 slayer, defence, ranged and magic. Obtained by using a needle on the slayer boots/gloves with the items they get the stats from in your inventory, 70 crafting required.
