random event bug

When I get a random event and I walk to a safe spot, for example behind a wall.
And I block the npc at the other side of the wall it disappears.
After it disappeared, and I want to to the skill again, I get the message which is shown in the picture.
And I am not able to skill anymore.

::reloadmap doesn't work. The only way to get rid of it is by relogging.

some other info: for now it only happened when I got evil chicken and tree spirit
